The summit, themed “Real Estate in Ogun State: Insights | Trends | Opportunities”, attracted key players in the industry, young aspiring investors, and professionals interested in exploring the prospects within the state’s fast-growing property market.

In his welcome address, Jeremiah Olaotan, a renowned real estate developer, investor, and wealth strategist, charged Nigerian youths to take advantage of the numerous opportunities in the real estate sector to secure their financial futures. He emphasized the importance of land ownership as a strategic pathway to wealth and called on the government to ensure strict compliance with construction regulations to prevent building collapses.

Olaotan also used the event to launch his new book titled “Land Ownership: An Insider Secret,” aimed at educating the public on smart land investment and the fundamentals of property ownership.
The summit featured insightful presentations by distinguished guest speakers including Hon. Okunsanya Oyebola, a respected authority in the real estate industry and National Secretary of the REDAN Committee on Intergovernmental Relations and Public-Private Partnerships, spoke extensively on emerging real estate opportunities in Ogun State.
