Women in Politics across the eight wards in Ado-Odo/Ota State Constituency II have endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in office, Olamilekan Adeola (popularly known as Yayi) for the next Governor of Ogun State, and Sunmola Adijat Olashile for the Ogun State House of Assembly representing Ado-Odo/Ota State Constituency II.

The endorsement was announced during the International Women’s Day celebration organized by Sunmola Adijat in Ado-Odo/Ota, where women leaders and political stakeholders gathered to advocate for greater inclusion of women in leadership.
Speaking on behalf of the women across the eight wards in the constituency, representatives of W’Politics expressed their collective support for President Tinubu to continue his leadership at the national level, citing what they described as his commitment to governance and national development.
The group also declared their support for Senator Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, for the governorship of Ogun State, describing him as a leader with the experience and political will to advance the development of the state.

In the same vein, the women unanimously endorsed Sunmola Adijat Olashile for the Ogun State House of Assembly seat representing Ado-Odo/Ota State Constituency II, noting her dedication to grassroots development, women empowerment and youth inclusion.
They described Sunmola as a passionate advocate for women’s rights and community development whose leadership has continued to inspire women and young people across the constituency.
The endorsement, according to the group, reflects the collective decision of women across the eight wards who believe that inclusive leadership and representation remain essential for sustainable development.

Responding to the endorsement, Sunmola Adijat appreciated the women for their support and confidence in her leadership.

She reaffirmed her commitment to continue advocating for women empowerment, youth inclusion and policies that will improve the welfare of the people of Ado-Odo/Ota State Constituency II.
